I miss my mom.
Sometimes I miss my mom because I feel like for most people your mother is the one person in the world that knows you best. I really just want to talk with my mom about my life. I want to tell her what I’m like now. I want to tell her who I’ve grown up to be and I want to tell her all the mistakes I’ve made along the way but also the things I think she’d be proud of. I don’t even feel like it’d be hard to have the uncomfortable conversations I avoid having with my parents. Because in a weird way, she doesn’t know anything about me, but she also knows everything about me.
